CDM Consult encourage companies to engage in our Health and Safety training which is fully accredited by,  "The CPD Certification Service", 

to ensure their legal duties are adhered to. All certificates are valid for 3 years. Employers as well as staff gain a great understanding of working safely and without risk to health. This develops a positive Health and Safety culture in the workplace where safe and healthy working is second nature to everyone.

  

Our emergency First Aid in the workplace course is suitable for anyone who is looking to become a first aider in the workplace. This one-day course offers a basic overview of the core elements of first aid, with the aim of equipping delegates with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to general medical emergencies. Delegates are also trained to use a defibrillator correctly and efficiently.


  

All employers and business owners, as stated by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, are legally required to provide employees with sufficient information and training on fire safety. This fire safety training  course, not only helps employers fulfil this legal obligation but also provides employees with a basic understanding of the protective and preventative measures involved in occupational fire safety.

 Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, employers are required to ensure that workers are provided with adequate information and training to minimise risks at work. According to the Manual Handling Operations Regulations in the UK, all employers have a legal obligation to ensure all staff are trained appropriately and competently in Manual Handling. This Awareness course meets these legal obligations ensuring staff members, without risking injury, know how to manually lift, carry, push or pull any load efficiently

Simple mistakes whilst working at height can result in serious accident even fatal to those involved. This Working at Height course enables delegates to acquire adequate training and information, according to the Work at Height Regulations 2005  before carrying out any task of this nature.
